I came into this business with some leadership experience but no sales experience. However, I had a passion for teaching and helping others. I needed more time for family and desired the control to manage life accordingly. I also found there were few career paths that would allow me to earn what I am worth.

Here I was taught a very simple process that was easy to commit to, scripts that were easy to learn and plenty of help and support closing sales while I learned the products and perfected the sales process. I honestly thought it was going to be a lot harder to learn and execute, but I was definitely wrong! By simply committing to schedule the appropriate number of appointments per week, I quickly gained the knowledge I required to be able to become successful on my own.

Now I have more time with my family and get to help others realize their potential and dreams!

When I came to Insurance 15 years ago, I had tons of sales experience. So I knew what it would take to make a great living. When I started I was taught prospecting and sales methods, along with product knowledge. Then it was up to me! Every day, I introduced myself to business after business and sought to make friends with as many business owners as possible!

Fast forward to today, I have made great money every year and been on many trips all over the world. I have my own very successful agency and witnessed many people win in this business. When people ask me how to have a great career, I go back to how I started. You must be consistent, believe in what you are doing and have fun!

I nearly quit my insurance career until I came across the systems at TDA. I became more consistent and received top shelf coaching and guidance. The training and approach were simple to understand. I am proof that this career can truly transform lives for those who stick to the process and work hard.
